Very nice! I totally agree with your points on the last section, and would add one. Changing the DNA of an existing organization is inordinately hard. Most evolution occurs by creative destruction - new, better adapted organizations replacing less adapted ones. In the next decade, we will see VUCA-native platform organizations disrupting the entire business world, and only then will traditional organizations feel threatened enough to attempt true reinvention - with varying degrees of success.
